Sketch of the Day...kind of...

Ok, so I've been pretty consistent drawing at least an hour or 2 a day, and those are the pieces that I've been showcasing every day as the "sketches of the day". I realized that if anyone ever shows interest in a particular piece, that there was no real way to get that to them, as the pieces are all part of a sketch book. So not only are they fairly small, most have drawings on the back as well. I decided to go ahead and start doing the sketch of the day on larger, better quality paper, but after quite a few hours working on one piece, I realized that the larger size and better paper put me in the headspace that I wasn't working on a sketch, but trying to create a complete piece, in like, an hour or two, which was quickly becoming frustrating. As a temporary resolution, I think that I might do a combination of a sketch a day, plus a "work in progress" post for the pieces that start to get into "finished piece" territory. So, here is the first one that started to get a little out of hand...
